Partners’ meeting of UCAT Project held in Livorno on 24 February 2012. The Statutes of the Cross Border Cities’ Association elaborated by Plural European Study Centre was presented, as well as the forthcoming Paper of Services for enterprises and citizens. The new proposal within the next call of Maritime projects will be out on March 2012.
