Egypt has just signed the Financing Agreement with the European Commission. Seven countries have now signed the Financing Agreements with the European Commission and are fully eligible to receive Programme funds: Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, the Palestinian Authority, Syria and Tunisia.
